The apartment is in Berlin’s top location. It is located in the diplomatic and embassy quarter next to the famous Intercontinental Hotel and Schweizer Hof right next to the Tiergarten with all its recreational possibilities.
The flat is just two minutes by walking form the Underground station Wittenbergplatz (right next to the famous and elegant Shopping mall KaDeWe, the famous church Gedaechtniskirche, and also the famous Zoo with his world famous Aquarium.
Also the well known Nollendorf-Winterfeldplatz with all its colourful Bars and market places is right next to the flat.
The bus stop of the most important bus line 200, is directly in front of the apartment building.
The 200 bus line is also called the sightseeing line, because it stops at every important spot of Berlin, for example:
Tiergarten, Philarmonie, Unter den Linden, Brandenburger Tor, Checkpoint Charlie, Friedrichstraße, Potsdammer Platz, opera houses und theaters, Alexanderplatz and the world famous museums (Pergamon und Bodemuseum).
